Chevrolet Repair: A miss in a 454 engine, fuel pressure regulator, intake manifold gasket

     : I have a 2000 chevy K3500 with a 454 engine it had a miss in the engine when i bought it 11/14/05,I had it put on a computer an the miss was jumping around the cyl.  mostly in #2 cyl. i changed the plugs,wires,dis.cap,rotorbutton,fuel pressure regulator,an fuel filter, an it still has the same miss in it,took it back to dealer were i bought it thought they could fine an fix it an it still be under warrenty, but the dealer says they cant fine the problem an dont know what it could be an they stll have it can u help me out with this problem.  THANK YOU

Hi Steve, Well if you replaced all the ignition stuff, then it's time to look at the fuel injectors. The only things if could be are.....fuel injectors, leaking intake manifold gasket or sticking valves in the guides. I would locate the skipping cylinder, now swap the fuel injector to a different cylinder and see if the skip follows the injector. If it does, replace it. If not then you know it isn't that!!
