have a problem with the tail lights stay on and the front parking lights at a dim glow what could the problem be

Forgive me for not answering sooner, but I was out of town on a firefighting assignment, and nowhere near a computer.

The light switch comes to mind. I am not familiar with Geo's, so I don't know if they have a light timer that keeps them on for several seconds to let you get to the door. if so, the timer could be bad. The dim glow sounds like a poor ground in one of the light assemblies.
