When it stalls, Does this happen when you are coming almost to a complete stop and feels like your driving a standard shift transmission and you forgot to push in the clutch when you came to the stop. In other words does the vehicle SHUDDER just before it stalls out ?.

it will do it if im goin down the road at 60 and starts right back up its an automatic it doesnt usually do it when i stop only when im goin at 60 it has a couple of times when i been stopped it will stall and start up but when i put it in gear stall but most of the time goin down the road at 55 - 60 we have asked alot of people and some say it could be the computer is that true please help. thanks

Answer
Without actually having the vehicle to perform some diagnostics on it, The most common fault would most likely be the IGNITION MODULE.

This module has 2 circuits in it. The START side and the RUN side. I have seen many cases where the RUN side has an intermittent fault and just simply shuts down the ignition.

I DOUBT that the fault lies within the computer, As I cannot recall this symptom being a computer fault.
