Chevrolet Repair: Chev corsica turn signals, turn signal switch, hazard flasher

Question
The turn signals on my 91 chev corsica are not working.  Both sides out.  Fuse is good.  No green indicator lite on dash. Checked voltage at lamps front and rear and no voltage available.  Checked continuity on lamps front and rear and both good.  Is it in the turn signal switch or is their a relay?  If relay where is it and what does it look like.  If switch, I think I must dismantle steering wheel.  Can you help.

Answer
Your most likely suspect is the TURN SIGNAL FLASHER. NOT to be confused with the EMERGENCY/HAZARD FLASHER of which is a different flasher.
The T/S flaster is usually located under the dash near the sterring column mounted in a little spring clip all by itself.

Buy a NEW one FIRST so you will know what your looking for.
