Answer
Hi Angel, I'll do my best

1.proper Oil pressure?  (60 psi) at 1,850 RPM using 5W-30 engine oil and no lower then 15 psi at 1100 RPM

2.compression? No lower then 100 lbs ..The lowest reading should not be less than 70 percent of the highest reading.

3.cylinder leakage?    Normal cylinder leakage is from 12 to 18 percent.
Any cylinder with 30 percent leakage or more requires service.

4.cooling system? I'm not sure what your looking for?
5.proper engine vacuum? around 20 inches
6.most important i need to know the cylider power balance?
This is done and you compare all readings to locate a possible  weak cylinder.

Hope this helps you
