Chevrolet Repair: no fuel from injectors, fuel pressure, electricals

i put a new flywheel in my 1992 chevy 4.3 v-6 and it was running before. all the electricals are hooked up, checked the PCM showing dianoastic "12",checked injectors,fuses,links,sensors,even another PCM,yet no fuel coming out of the injectors. puzzled?

Hello Dane, The first thing you need to check is spark !! If there isn't spark then start with that. You can spray carb cleaner to see if it runs on that. If it does then check your fuel pressure. If you don't have any then trace down the problem for the fuel pump circuit.
