My engine idles erratically and when I accelerate it seems to miss, when I reach highway speed it runs very rough. I replaced the EGR valve which was bad and gave me a trouble code 32. I also replaced the coolant temp. sensor. I have 180,000 on the truck and just replace the fuel pump and fuel filter.

Hi Cliff,
I would check for vacuum leaks, and then check the fuel pressure.
Check all the vacuum operated accessories, like brake booster, etc.
Intake manifold gaskets can also leak. Spray some carb cleaner around them with the engine running, and see if it makes any difference.
Water in the fuel is another possibility.
