Chevrolet Repair: 1998 Chevrolet Venture Blower motor, resistor pack, chevrolet venture

It was working one day, not the next. I have replaced the Fuse and the Blower, still not working. Any ideas?

I would suspect the resistor pack, but it should run in high speed if it is the resistor pack, since it is bypassed in high.
The switch or control module is possible.
And, there is a relay for the blower.
I don't have a manual, so I don't know if the relay is used for all speeds, or just high. In older models it was just for high, but I believe I have seen diagrams showing a relay for all speeds, but I have no way to check.
