Chevrolet Repair: turn signal, turn signal switch, dimmer switches

my dad called from florida and asked if I knew where the turn signal switch is located on his 1995 chevy pickup. I told him i read this forum and that you probably would know.

Hi Jim,
The switch is under the steering wheel, right near the top of the column. It is not located down the column like the ignition and dimmer switches.
I will send you a link that is for repairing tilt column joints, but it tells how to remove the signal switch.
Remember to take proper precautions with the air bag.
