Chevrolet Repair: gas in oil, water washes, catalytic converter

but the gas  was mix with water ,no it not making any noise  but it does sound a litle missing so my question is what will gas and water miss togther do to a chevy350 no it not making any noise but it was mixed togther i dont know why he just did it
but my friend refuse to change oil he driven on it about 2 days steady running it will it below the engine becase he told me not going to change the oil becase he did it just 2 days ago before his dad did this now car sit up for a while till he got tags that when his dad did it when it had a temp tag on it
so if he keep driving it what could happen are do you feel nothing will happen  please let me know

If he continues to run the engine in this condition he can say BYE BYE engine. The more he drives it the more damage that is being done .

If your friend wants to be stupid, That's up to him,.

GAS and or WATER washes the oil from the bearings and off of the piston walls and sooner or later he will start to hear noises, BEARING KNOCKING in the engine, Then it's TO LATE. Plus the sensors on the engine for the vehicles computer will be damaged and this will start to cause the sensors to malfunction and will lead to destruction of the catalytic converter.
