What does it mean when my ABS light turns on in my 2000 Chevy Venture.

There are several things that could turn it on.
One is the parking brake...could it be down a notch?

Then, there is a possibility that the high center stop light bulbs are burned out. I had it happen on a Cutlass Ciera. Don't know if Venture has that or not.

There could be a sensor problem in the system. The brake system stores codes, just like the engine, and can be read by a code reader.

That is probably something you want a brake expert, or a dealer to check, but check the two things I said first.
