Chevrolet Repair: Oil Pan Leak, chev blazer, oil additives

Question
I have a 1997 Chev Blazer (45,000 actual miles) with an oil pan leak.  The gasket is not expensive however, the labor is several hundred dollars as I had it fixed less than 20,000 mile ago.  It is currently leaking a couple of drops of oil over night.

My question is....Do any of the oil additives for stopping small oil leaks work without filling up the oil orifices in the engine?  If the leak doesn't get worse I am inclined to just let it go.

Thank you kindly,

Peter

Answer
Hello Peter,
I don't know that those additives actually plug leaks, as much as they cause seals to expand, so plugging orrifices shouldn't be an issue, but I don't know if they work on gaskets. I don't use any of that stuff.
Is it possible to get under there and see if all the bolts are tight?
While there, see if you can tell exactly where the oil is leaking from. It could be one of the seals, and not the gasket.
