Answer
Is there a WATER VALVE that has a single vacuum line attached to it anywhere in either of the heater hoses ?. If there IS, Disconnect the vacuum line and see IF your heat returns.

Are you POSITIVE that you have the radiator FULL as well as the plastic overflow jug as indicated via the FULL MARK on the plastic overflow jug ?.

When you installed the anti-freeze and AFTER the engine warmed up to normal operating temperature, Did you raise the idle speed up to about 1500 rpm's and while maintaining the 1500 rpm's, SLOWLY AND CAREFULLY remove the radiator cap and install more anti-freeze into the radiator so it was FULL to the top ?.

Don'y say YES, Go check it AGAIN.

If you are seeing air bubbles in the radiator after the engine warms up and is at normal idle speed with the radiator cap OFF, This is a sign of engine combustion getting into the coolant chambers of the cooling system.

Most likely cause:

Small leak in the head gasket(s) between the combustion chamber and the cooling chamber.

Let me know.
