Chevrolet Repair: BRAKES & ROTERS ON CHEV. LUMINA, chev lumina, brake hoses

Question
MY LUMINA IS A 1999. IT DOSENT HAVE ANTILOCK BRAKES.  I HAVE HAD SEVERAL ROTERS AND BRAKE REPLACEMENTS.  IT IS TIME FOR ANOTHER.  THE LAST TIME I HAD THEM DONE I USED BENDIX ROTERS AND GM REPLACEMENT BRAKE PADS.  IT FEELS IS LIKE THE ROTER IS WARPED.  WHEN THE BRAKE IS LIGHTLY PRESSED TO SLOW DOWN IT FEELS LIKE A PUMPING ACTION WITH OUT MOVING THE PEDDLE.  DO I NEED TO GET ANOTHER BRAND OF BRAKE OR ROTER, OR DO I NEED OTHER WORK DONE.  PLEASE ADVISE WHAT BRANDS ARE BEST FOR MY PROBLEM.

Answer
What is the current mileage on this vehicle. You should NOT have to replace brakes and rotors for approx 20,000 miles under normal driving conditions.

1. Either you do alot of city driving.

2. You are resting your left foot on the brake pedal all the time and not realizing it.

3. You have a problem with the brake pads being to tight against the rotors which is most always cauised by inside collapsing of the 2 front and one rear brake hoses. Even though they may appear to look OK from the outside, I strongly recommend replacing them.

It HAS to be one of the above 3 things.
