Chevrolet Repair: question about (oversize) RODBEARINg, crankshaft, nice day

i have a 1989 chevy Z-24 CALIVIER...I NEED A RODBEARING...WHERE IS THE BEST PLACE TO FIND ONE AND. WHAT IS UR ADVISE ABOUT.. WHO  SHOULD PUT IT IN...I AM 21 YEARS OLD.. GOT GREAT MACHANIC INFO . OR SHOULD I PLACE MY CAR IN THE SHOP...THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME

Hi Brian, I would like to know WHY you need a rod bearing!!
If your engine is making a knocking noise then you will need more than just a rod bearing. The crankshaft and rod itself will need to be checked. This is a job for someone that knows what they are doing. Try to find a shop that does a lot of this type of work.
