Chevrolet Repair: Blinker on Chevy Impala, fuse block, hazard warning switch

Question
My wife's car blinker is slowly dying....It freezes up when you turn the blinker on.  It just sits there and hums.  It has gotten so bad that she has to manually blink the signals.  I told her it was the relay/(blinker module....you know...what actually makes it flash.)  I haven't had time to fix it so the blinker has actually made it onto the Christmas List.  Can you tell me if EAP carries a blinker for my wifes car? And if so, what are the chances of me being able to get to it to change.

Answer
Hi Cory, You need to buy the part at the dealer as far as a I know. The part you need is the hazard switch, this is the flasher for both the turn signals and the hazard lights. You should be able to install it with just a couple of tools. A screw driver and a 7mm nut driver to remove the screws.
