Dear Mark,

mine name is mike i have a 97 chevy silverado 1500
and the problem is it has trouble starting. When i turn it on it keeps trying to turn on but it doesnt. This happends about 2 are even three times
befor it actually turns on. It never turns on its first try. Could it be the spark plugs?

Hello Mike, This is not the plugs. I would say you need to put a fuel pressure gauge on the fuel tap. Now when you go to start the truck watch the fuel pressure, you should have at least 56 psi when you turn the ket to on. If not then the fuel pump or fuel regulator is bad.
