Chevrolet Repair: Fuel problem, i think, vacuum gauge, body fuel

My truck is 1190 Chevy K1500,manual tranny.The problem I can't go any faster than 45 miles per hour.and if you give it any accelerator it acts like your giving it too much fuel.It is throttle body fuel injection,Oh! the service engine light comes on after a while.I dosen't throw any codes I am stumped! Can you help me?

Does it smoke?
Sounds like the catalytic converter is plugged.
Or the fuel filter. I would test the fuel pressure, attach a vacuum gauge to see if the vacuum drops, and possibly unbolt the cat and go for a ride, to see if that is it.
