Chevrolet Repair: leaf spring, o reillys, sand dune

I have a weak leaf spring causing the drivers side rear to sag--can I just replace that spring or should both be replaced?--also need shocks for a better noncluncky ride--are some better than others?-- thanks for any info

Actually, I myself would probably replace both spring packs.
Go to a good parts store, like "O"Reillys, and get some lifetime warranty OE shocks, unless your vehicle is a 4X4,(you didn't say), and you do some sand dune jumping, in which case you probably want some Rancho's.
