Chevrolet Repair: Air Conditioning, warranty procedure, customer service number

Question
I have a 2004 Chev Blazer, 13K miles. The air has been perfect until two weeks ago.  The compressor began to intermittantly cut off and the fan blew hot air until it randomly cut back on again.  It grew worse and worse until one day the compressor stopped and it blew hot air all day.
The next day it started out cold again but soon the pattern repeated.  I took the Blazer to Chev dealer and they replaced a "switch".  When I picked up the Blazer, the air blew cold for about 30 minutes and then began all over again with the cutting on and off of the compressor.  I took it back a second time.  Service techs said they could not find a reason and could not duplicate the problem.  They did a "non-warranty" procedure and drained some Freon, hoping to relieve over pressurization....?  Basically they say they can't help me anymore.
Today I drove to work (15 miles) and at every red light, long train, and stop/go traffic, the compressor stops and the air grows increasingly warmer until I accelerate again. When I pulled into my parking lot, the compressor quit and air was hot and musty before I could pull into my parking space.
Can you give me a suggestion that I could possibly present to the service techs?  Next trip with be #3 and I'm about ready to investigate lemon laws.  Thank you.

Answer
Hi M.
A 2004 should be under 100% warranty, and they should fix or replace it.
Tell the service manager that if he doesn't have someone qualified or experienced enough to fix it, then wouldn't they recommend someone who could do the work under warranty.
Then look in the back of the owners manual for the customer service number, and see what they have to say.
Don't wait till the warranty expires.
