Chevrolet Repair: simple wiring, pack rats, lucky guess

Question
Pack rats ate through five wires leading to the left front turn signal on my 1997 Astro. There was one black wire, two brown wires, and two blue wires. I repaired the black (obviously black with black), but wondered which blue went with which blue (and which brown went with which brown). So I guessed. The signal works fine now.  Was that a lucky guess, or does it matter which blues and browns were re-connected? If I swapped them by mistake, am I likely to have a problem down the road, with a short or something? Thanks.

Answer
I immagine that you also have a little side marker that works with the front signal, and that is where the other wires go.
The black is ground. The brown is probably marker lights like parking lights, and the blue is probably turn.
If they are working correctly, don't even worry about them again. You did good.
