Can you tell me how to remove the window crank in a 1988 Chevrolet Celebrity

Hello Walter,
Many newer GM vehicles have a plastic cover over the handle, like skin, that you can pop off, then use a torx, or phillips through the handle into the shaft.
Older style used a horshshoe clip in a groove between the handle and door panel.
