Chrysler Repair: 08 T and C trouble code UO141

Hello, My mini van is going crazy. I have a small scan tool and was able to pull this code. Where should I start to look .?

The code means that digital messages over the communication system are not coming from the front control module (part of the power center in the engine compartment). The simple things would be if the ignition off draw fuse (the one that powers the courtesy lights and door locks) is blown, or the battery voltage is not between 10 and 16 volts. Other than that it requires a more advanced scan tool to determine whether the problem is the front control module itself, the wires that carry the messages, or one of the many other modules that use this same system to communicate with one another. I would believe that a dealer with the advanced scan tool would be required to sort out exactly why this is happening. I would not buy any parts in the hopes of fixing it, rather have a mechanic who is knowledgeable and has the necessary scan tool do a diagnosis.
