Chrysler Repair: A/C Blower: 04 Pacifica, own accord, fuses

My A/C blower comes on at will in my 2004 Chrysler Pacific.  All the fuses are good but, cannot find problem. Have any idea ?

What do you mean by "at will"? If you mean that it will work sometimes, then not, and/or if you mean that it will work for a while and then stop on its own accord, then I would believe that you have a fuse which has a subtle crack in its internal wire. Tell me more and then I can point out which fuse to look more closely at to see if it has a crack in it.
Is your control panel automatic temp control (digital) or conventional manual control panel?
I assume the by 'A/C blower' you mean the fan in the cabin that blows the air through the vents, correct?
