Chrysler Repair: NO SPARK, fuel gauge, coil pack

Question
QUESTION: Tried to start a car, that had been in storage.
Day 1)
We replaced the battery & used some ether.
The engine started, but only ran for a few seconds.
Since the fuel gauge was on "E", we added 2 gallons
of gas & tried again. This time the engine didn't start.
So we checked the fuel pump & it's working....

Day 2)
We tried again with some ether, But it still won't start.
Then we checked for Spark & found there's No Spark.
Lastly,
We checked for PCM codes. There's only 2 codes displayed.
P1489 (High speed fan relay).
P1684 (Battery disc. under 50 miles)

So, it won't start, because there's no spark.
But there's No Code, that explains the problem.

PLEASE HELP, A.S.A.P.
The car must be moved,
within the next 48hrs.
Or we'll be FINED.

Thank you.

QUESTION: I'm sorry we didn't incl. the car's info.
Today's is my 1st time asking for help online.
We'd asked another site (obvious mistake or wouldn't be here now).
That site asked for the info when it was included in the question.
Also, THE OTHER SITE CHARGES, a sizable fee & requires a deposit.
Which means- NO Credit card=No help.
THAT SITE IS A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME FOR ANYBODY W/O A CREDIT CARD.
So now I and others know;
INCLUDE THE VEHICLE INFO IN THE BODY OF THE QUESTION.

I hope you don't mind, the above txt. It's for other 1st timers.

The car is a 99 Concorde 4dr, A/T, 2.7L V6.
Checked for spark by removing a coil pack & inserted a spark plug, which we
grounded to the engine, then turned the key to start. Result was NO SPARK @ the plug.
Checked for fuel by listening for the fuel pump & it’s working properly.

Answer
do the key on key off trick see if U have any codes from the computer
turn the key into the on position  where all the dummy lights and the tone sounds  right b3fore u start the car.

Turn it on/off/on/off/then on and leave it  where the miles are displayed there will be codes  or DONE shown.
