Chrysler Repair: Seat heater for 02 Chrysler 300m, mirror module, chrysler 300m

Question
My driver seat heater is not heating or lighting up but the passenger seat heater is working.  I replaced the switch but still no luck. I thought possibly the fuse but wouldn't the passenger side also be out?  Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Answer
Hi Steve,
The two seats are powered by the same circuit breaker so it has to be something else. There is a memory seat/memory mirror module under the driver seat that gets power from the breaker. It has 4 plugs. The 12v power to the driver cushion comes on pin 12 of the white plug so see if the module is putting out power when you have the switch activated and the temp control high enough to cause it to be put out.  The wire goes to the seat cushion at pin A red/green, through the cushion heater to pin D and on a brown/black to the seat back cushion heater plug. From the back heater it goes on a black wire to a ground directly under the seat on a crossmember (back side),
So check the continuity from the seat input all the way to the ground.
It could also be the temp sensor in the cushion of the two wires between it and the module. Let me know if that circuit for the heater is continuous and that it has 12v coming to it, and I can tell you about the heat sensor loop to the module.
