Chrysler Repair: headlight adjusting screws: 04 Sebring, windshield washer fluid, chrysler sebring convertible

Question
QUESTION: I cannot locate the headlight aiming screws on my 2004 Chrysler Sebring convertible.  Installed new lamps and want to adjust  them for longer visibility, which is not very far down the road.
Thanks for any help.  This is the 'Limited' version and I don't have a manual yet.  If I could find the aiming screws I think I could do the job.

ANSWER: There is a vertical and horizontal adjuster for each lamp. They are located in the flat plate that is above the headlamp (sometimes called the radiative cover). The horizontal adjuster is countersunk and very close to the power steering fluid cap on the power steering pump on that side of the engine. The vertical adjuster is close to the windshield washer fluid bottle and adjacent to the hood bumper. The other side adjusters are similarly positioned.
If this is not clear enough instruction you can tell me your email address and I will attach a figure from the manual to an email. To tell me your email address ask a NEW question and in the text area list the address. Then check the box to keep the question PRIVATE as if you don't do that it will be erased automatically. While you have to tell Allexperts what is you email, they don't routinely share that with me. So we have to do it this way.

QUESTION: I will look for that in the morning.  Yes, a picture of those screw placements would be great!  You will get the nomination to be volunteer of the month and all '10's.  I have adjusted headlamps on all my previous cars but those screws just weren't where I thought they'd be - over the headlamp housing.
Thanks again.  I'll check that out and get those beams up a bit.
What is the best manual to buy?  I need to get one.  Some cars have the 'bubble' but i don't think this one does.  It has heated seats but they didn't 'heat' when I rolled the little wheel all the way back.  No biggie.4uy8v

Answer
Hi Mike,
I have only seen the Chrysler service manuals and those are quite detailed through about '06. So that would be my choice. I got them in CD format on eBay.
On the heated seats, check fuse 11, 13 and 23 which are involved in that function. There is also a heated seat relay in the power box that you might try switching out with another on of the same part number. I am not clear what "No Biggie.4uy8v" means.
