Chrysler Repair: cluster lights, pencel, dash board

lights are not working, that light up dash board. milage , radio lights are working and can be dimmed . I think fuse and dimmer switch are good .How do I get to dash board light to replace

Year/make/model/body style, please? Chances are it is a loose solder joint on the interface between the cluster plug's socket and the circuit boardof the cluster which you can repair by heating the pin with a soldering pencel.
