Chrysler Repair: 02 t and c radio: audio ok but no speaker sound, wireless headsets, factory radio

Question
I HAVE A 2002 TOWN AND COUNTRY WITH FACTORY DVD PLAYER. THE RADIO WORKED FINE WHEN I PARKED IT, A COUPLE DAYS LATER WHEN I WENT TO USE IT THE RADIO DIDN'T WORK.  THE DISPLAY SHOWS ALL THINGS OK, TIME, STATION, AM OR FM, ETC,  THE RADIO DOES WORK THRU THE WIRELESS HEADSETS, BUT NOTHING THRU THE SPEAKERS.  I PUT ANOTHER FACTORY RADIO IN IT, SAME THING, I DO HAVE POWER TO IT, BOTH THE CONSTANT 12V AND THE SWITCHED 12V. PLEASE HELP,  THANKS

Answer
Hi Darrell,
There is a power source also for the speakers that comes out of the 'name brand speaker relay' located in the front outboard side of the box in the engine compartment. The power to operate the relay and the output power of the relay come from fuse 14 (15 amp) located next to the relay. So check that fuse and if it is alright then try switching out the relay with another one with the same part number.

PS Sorry for the delay but I just found your question in the 'pool' to which Kevin had referred it.
