Chrysler Repair: body control module removal: 95 LH body, chrysler lhs, center bolt

Question
QUESTION: I have tried to get to the body control module inside the dash above the passenger's legs and can't get it opened up.  I've removed the torx screw under the end cap; taken out the glove compartment door, and removed the screws which seem to hold the dash piece in place, but it still won't come off. Please tell me what I am doing wrong and how I can get to the body control manual.
The drawing from the dealership is totally un-helpful.
Thanks

Hi Douglas,
Here are the steps as shown in the manual and with additional description from another ownwer:
Remove right end cover of dash
Remove right side cowl trim panel as follows:
Remove 4 screws from each kick panel (there are two kick panels)
Remove 2 10mm bolts behind each kick panel, center bolt can be left alone
Remove heater control panel/radio/ashtray. Put gear shift in Low, 2 more screws where ash tray was need to be removed.
Pull carpeting back to expose dash liner
Cut dash liner along perforated lines and pull back dash liner
Remove mounting screw through oblong access hole at right end of knee bolster
Remove push-in fasterner at lower leg of module from underneath instrument panel and maneuver module down and out, disconnect the three plugs, and remove module.

Please let me know if this is correct procedure and how it is in any way wrong. That way we can pass along to others the details. Thank you.
