I`ll paste a old reply you made to someone else because it has to do with the heat not working.. By removing the
radio/contorl module bezel and the radio, you can visualize the arm and
cable to see if connected." Hopefully this isn`t to vague but I did try heat settings and ..well everything...no heat except what was from outside I suppose (warm day)..but when I turn the temp control knob to me it doesn`t seems like there`s any resistance as though the cable isn`t connected....anyway,how do I get to it???? Not sure of that shroud around the radio if I can pry it off...or..or..or...  thanx

The temperature (blend air) door is controlled by a cable and you will need to get to the cable to see if it might be detached from the lever arm that via a gear moves the air distribution door inside the unit to allow the air to pass over the heater core/ac cooler or a mix of the two.
You have to turn off the ignition.  
Then remove the bezel surrounding the radio and heater/ac control panel. It is gently pried off around its edges.
Then remove the 3 cluster hood bezel screws that are revealed: left, right, and under the units
Then pry up on the cluster hood bezel a few inches to reveal the screw that retain the cubby bin/cigar light bezel screws.
Remove the cubby bin/cigar lighter bezel and wiring
Then remove the heater/ac control unit screws and the unit and disconnect its wiring plugs on the rear.
Then remease the clip on the temperature cable that is attached to the top of the control module, save it for reuse, and then you can examine to see if the cable is attaach to the lever and whether it appears that the lever is moving the gear on the shaft of the blend air door. Ideally you will identify a problem with the cable connection to the door which you can repair.
