Chrysler Repair: 2001 Concorde 2.7L coolant bleeder valve, chrysler service, upper manifold

Question
Hi,

I need to add some coolant so I have been looking for the coolant bleeder valve.

I have the 2001 Chrysler Service Manual for the concorde so I know where the bleeder valve should be but cannot find it.  It should be on the water outlet connector on the top middle of the engine but the top of the water outlet connector is smooth no valve.  I found a picture of a intrepid that has the same situation as my vehicle, the outlet connector is circled in the pic http://img26.imageshack.us/img26/7130/picture002.gif.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

Answer
Hi John,
It should be directly in front of the two holes in the upper manifold. In any case you should be able to add fluid unless it has dropped so low as to allow air to enter the system. I could not bring up the reference that you sighted.
