Chrysler Repair: Possible fuel pump failure, chrysler sebring convertible, fuel pump relay

Hi Kevin, I have a 2000 Chrysler Sebring convertible JXI, 2.5 that turns but won't start. No codes set, just changed wires and plugs, but not getting the hum sound from the fuel pump as Roland wrote I should hear. How do I check and replace if I have to?

Have you checked fuses 8 and 10 in the power distribution center under hood? If those are good then see if the fuel pump relay clicks when a helper turns the key to the run position. If that checks out, then you need to go to the fuel tank and check for whether 12v is appearing at pin 1 of the fuel pump module on the dark green/white wire.
