Chrysler Repair: 97 3.3L LH: Codes MAP/TPS/EGR, fuel pressure regulator, signal wires

Question
QUESTION: Roland, I have a 97 Intrepid that my new wife had bought from a private owner. I has a 3.3 vin T engine. This car has broken 2 cam shafts. We just got it back from the person after he has replace the cam and lifters and when I fixed the fuel leak from the fuel pressure regulator I fired it up. It will not idle on its own and throws a code P1297 and P1598. (The a/c is not hooked up as said person cut the a/c hoses to pull the engine). I replaced the map sensor with no change in the way the car runs. I read one of your other posts about P1297 and did as you suggested to check the EGR valve and solenoid there is voltage there but in frustration I replaced the assembly anyway with no change. I found that sticking a piece of card board in the throttle stop and bringing the TPS voltage up to .93 volts the car will idle between 850 and 950 RPM so I could check the MAP voltage while it was running. The results are as follows key/on engine not running purple/white wire 5.03 volts, black/blue wire .02 volts, green/red wire 5.02 volts  engine running purple/white 5.11 volts, black/blue .14 volts, green/red 3.3 volts, the scan tool I'm using says input voltage to the MAP is 3.1-3.5. I have 12 volts to the EGR Sol but the scan tool says EGR Sol is off. After checking the voltage on the MAP the computer threw the codes P1598, P0122, P0108, P0403 I cleared these codes ran it some more and checked the voltage on the TPS it reads .81 at closed throttle to 3.79 wide open key on engine off. After checking that I got codes of P0122, P0123. I don't know where to go from here.

ANSWER: Hi John,
I would suggest that you verify the continuity of three wires to these sensors and 2 wires of the solenoid, and also that the signal wires are neither shorted to ground or to a voltage supply, Try shaking the harness with each measurement and have the sensor disconnected.
For the TPS: black/light blue to pin 4 of the pcm is a reference ground wire
violet/white is to pin 6 and is a 5 volt supply wire
orange/dark blue is to pin 22 and is the variable signal wire
For the MAP  black/light blue is same as above
violet white is same as above
dark green/red is to pin 1 and is the variable signal wire
For the egr solenoid: light green/black is 12v operating voltage
gray/yellow is egr solenoid control wire to pin 35
I assume in calling out the pin numbers that the pcm has a single 60-way connector.
See if you can find anything out of order.

QUESTION: Hi Roland, Been to busy to work on the car just getting married and all. There is two plugs on this PCM with a total of 80 pin slots. Do I still check the same pin #'s?

Answer
HI John,
Yes, on the '97 there are plugs 1-40 and 41-80 at the pcm.

On the TPS:
black/light blue to pin 43 is signal ground
   violet/white to pin 61 5V supply
orange/dark blue to pin 35 signal

On the MAP
   black/light blue to pin 43
   violet/white to pin 61
dark green/red to pin 36 signal

On the egr solenoid:
light green/black to pin 34 is signal wire
   violet/white to pin 61
gray/yellow to pin 40 is egr solenoid control wire
orange/dark green is 12V supply wire
