Chrysler Repair: 02 2.4L:not getting injection on cyl 4, chrysler voyager, head gasket

Question
My Chrysler voyager 2002 while driving lost power, since then I have changed all the plugs, all plug wiring then opened the cover and isolated the problem of Number 4 Cyl not getting current as I cranked and no gas was squirting from the no-4 cyl injector.

The van starts and idles rough with light blue/white smoke and fresh fuel comes out of the tail pipe. There is no coolant in oil mixed, or head gasket related issues it seems. The engine never over heated initially as the car started to loose power.

The spark plug no-4 is getting the current as it shows spark when taken out of the head and I tried to crank the starter.

I switched the injectors from cyl 2-to cyl 4 to see if the replaced injector will work the replaced one will not squirt gas out either. It seems like an electrical current not coming to number 4 injectors any suggestion? Thank you.

Answer
Hi Syed,
The wire that causes the no. 4 fuel injector to activate is brown/tan and is connected to pin 16 at the powertrain controller. I would check the continuity of that wire between the plug at the injector and the pin at the controller. Also check that the brown/white wire at the injector plug show 12V for about 1 second when you first turn the key to run, and that it shows 12V while the engine is being cranked over and while it is running.
