Chrysler Repair: 2005 Chrysler 300 overheating/fan problem, 2005 chrysler 300, chrysler 300

Question
I suddenly started having a problem with my 300 over heating.  My fan's won't run with, or without, the a/c on.  As long as the car is moving, and air is moving through the grill, the temp runs normal.  The moment the car stops moving, the temp slowly starts to climb.  Check engine light is on.  Fuse looks fine.  Relay's check fine.  Light tester shows power at the relay, and power at both fan connecters.  A day, or two, before the over heating problem the car died on me coming out of a parking lot.  That's never happend before either.  Is it the coolant sensor?

Answer
the coolant sensor reads the temp of the coolant  is your gauge out of whack as far as the temp  if not  then the sensor is doing its job. Have the codes scanned by a computer    u more then likely need to replace the fan assembly  the motors are in series  and if one goes out both dont work.
