QUESTION: 1995 Chrysler Concorde, when driving at low speeds a noticeable lope is felt it does not feel like it is accelerating but more like a loss of power then it regains the power and then loses it again.

I would try to get fault codes using the ignition key: "on-off-on-off-on and leave on" doing that in 5 seconds or less elapsed time. Then watch the check engine light, which remains 'on', to see it begin to flash, pause, flash, etc. Count the number of flashes before each pause. Then repeat the process to be sure of an accurate set of flash counts. Then tell me the counts in order of appearance and we'll go from there. Mention whether the engine is 3.3 or 3.5L size.

QUESTION: I noticed that it ran smoother in cruise control at 60 and as soon I took it out of cruise it started loping again.

ANSWER: This sort of behavior is best solved by means of the fault codes because the engine computer can identify all sort of details in all the components that I can't possibly do at a distance and with much greater effort. You might in addition to the ignition key approach go to a nationwide autoparts store where they will usually do a free code readout using a plug-in code reader. An independent shop will usuall charge about $40 for the short test. In any case get the specific 4-digit codes, ask what they recommend doing, and for how much. Then get back with the results of that or the check engine light or both.

Hi Angel,
These are supposed to be 2-digit numbers, so we ought to have an even number of counts. Thus I believe that the first '3' is either actually 1 2 which is the code 12 which means the battery was disconnected recently OR it could be 21 which says that one of the oxygen sensors is not working and that might indeed cause the sort of on-again/off-again power output from the engine. Look again to see if it is 1 2 or 2 1. If 2 1, then try for the readout by a plug-in code reader as now you have a possibility identifying exactly what it wrong and the readout would point out  to determine which of the two oxygen sensors has failed.
The 33 code is an issue with the A.C lock-up cluctch which would not cause what you experience but rather a loss of the A.C. function. The 55 means 'end of readout'.
