Chrysler Repair: 91 Chrysler Lebaron Wont Turn Over!, neutral safety switch, chrysler lebaron

Question
Car won't turn over. I believe this to be the starter relay on the driver side in front of the strut. The reason I mention this is because it has several terminals with the relay plugged in looking on the bottom side of the relay there is a brown heavier gauge wire and a small gauge brown with yellow stripe. If I take my test light hooking the clamp to the negative side of the battery and probe the brown/yellow wire terminal the car will start. What I'm wanting to know is what these two wires go to? Do you have a pin out of this relay? I would really appreciate your help.

Answer
The Brown wire goes down to the starter and the othe would either go to the neutral safety switch or the transmission control module. I cannot provide a picture of the relay pinout or the related wiring schematic. Replace the neutral safety switch and the car should start as designed
