Chrysler Repair: 1999 300m 3.5 liter no voltage to ignition coils, spark coils, orange wire

Question
the ASD relay checks out but I dont have voltage to the ignition coils, I came out of work and it just cranks but wont start, no codes, no prior issues, any way to tell if I have a bad PCM for sure?

Answer
Hi Alan,
If you have output on the dark green/orange wire at the alternator when you are cranking it, that would show that the ASD is closing. The same wire also feeds to fuse S in the power box which then feed the spark coils and the 2 capacitor that surpress noise. If fuse S is blown it may be that one or the other capacitor is shorted to ground. Or if the fuse S is ok, then it could be that a 10-pin black connector just behind the alternator has separated and cut off the voltage to the coils/capacitors.
