Chrysler Repair: pulled radio caused loss of interior lights, locks, and mirrors., amp fuse, fuse panel

Question
A week ago my radio quit completely in my 1999 300m, not wanting to spend a whole lot - I decided to pull the radio myself and see if I could find out what was wrong.  Well, I did not - and when I went to reinstall it (non working)I shorted out my interior lights, mirror controls, and door locks and the key fob.  I had left the battery connected and presto - no power - that was a bad idea. I am hoping that there is one fuse or one relay that will be easily replaced that will fix all of it so I can get a replacement radio and have tunes again in my car.  Thank you for your help and assistance.  As an 18 year old it has been discouraging to try and fix something and have more go wrong.  I could use a little help. Thanks again.

Answer
Believe it not one fuse does protect all the things that no longer work. Check the fuse panel under the hood, there should be a fuse labeled IOD, that would be the fuse you need to replace. If memory serves it's a 25 amp fuse. If you're lucky enough to have an owners manual it'll show you right were it is.
