Chrysler Repair: P1391 code being given to me, camshaft position sensor, crankshaft position sensor

Question
Hello I emailed you before but I didnt know if you got it.  I have a 01 chysler sebring 4 door sedan with a 2.4 dohc engine.  I am getting a P1391 code form the car.  I have already replaced the cam shaft sensor and the crank shaft sensor.  the cam shaft sensor it still in, I was getting another code before about the timming belt so we replaced that and fixed that problem.  After replacing that part I got the P1391 code.  I thought the sensor I got from autozone might be bad so I put another one in same problem.  I Put in a crank shaft sensor but the code stayed on and the car was still running very rough.  I returned the crank shaft sensor, it was $70, because it wasn't the problem.  I have also replaced the plugs and wires.  I am stuck now and don't know what to do.  Any help you can give me would be greatly apprecaited.  Even a few ideas to try would be great.  I have tried clearing the code to see if another one comes in and it comes right back.  Thank you again for your time.

Ben
