QUESTION: it is a concorde lxi 3.5 ltr. i have tested the fuses for a draw.  it reads 1.6-2.0 ohms. i pulled all the fuses under the hood and in the car nothing changed the readings.  now when u turn the key in the off position it stays running for 3-7 seconds after the key has been in the off position.  i just noticed that when u go from any gear to park the ring that goes around the letters gets stuck around the r for awhile but eventually goes to the p only does it when going to p never when going to the other letters below it.
