Chrysler Repair: overheating after oil change, radiator cap, poeople

Question
i took my car for a oil change. the poeople put more antifreeze in the car.. after i left it started over heating an bubbling and spiting out antifreeze. the engine started getting hot.

Answer
Hi Marie,
We have to assume that the antifreeze was low when you brought the car in. Has you any signs of a overheating problem before you brought it for the oil change? How much did the they add (charge you for?). I don't know anyway that they could have done something drastically wrong unless they didn't put the radiator cap back on tightly or at all (if there is a radiator cap), or the cap on the pressure bottle (if that is how the car is set up). Did you look under the hood to see where the bubling/spitting was coming from? and was it some sort of a filler cap? and was the cap ajar instead of firmly closed? How hot did it get as shown on the gauge, and what did you do next and where to things stand now? Did you contact the place the did the oil change? Did you refill the antifreeze? Did the oil pressure warning light ever come on when the engine was running? I need to know the answers to all these questions to be of help.
Tell me the year/make/model/engine size (L) so I can better understand things.
