Chrysler Repair: heating, heating thermostat, chrysler cirrus

Question
QUESTION: This may stump even you. Please help. I have a 1999 Chrysler cirrus. It will NOT heat. Have had everything replaced to do with heating, thermostat, some type of coil, radiator, even the water pump! At temps of 45+ it will blow hot air, however in colder temps it only blows COLD air. I'm not saying it is cold natured and takes a while to heat up, it does NOT heat. I even had the A/C disconnected which was not the problem.

ANSWER: There is some missing Info. What u are saying is not possible

QUESTION: I tell u what Kevin, it is possible because I have the problem. I had hoped you could help. The mechanics say 'no' but I was wondering if the vents that carry the heat is somehow misplaced because when the heated is on inside the garage there is a tremendous amount of heat under the car. Mechanies say it is from the motor but it is not as great if I turn the heater off. I do not intend to spend any more cash to try and find the answer. Can you tell me how to trace the vents?

Answer
the temp coming out of your vents are in no way related to how cold it is outside.
what u need to do is take it to a dealer  where they can correctly tell u whats wrong instead of having people guess at whats wrong and spending your money.    Its not a vent issue  all they do is direct the air to u nothing more.
