ANSWER: Hi Ron,
The smaller bolts (M6) are 105 inch-pounds and the larger (M8) are 250 inch-pounds on the oil pan.
On the windage tray the spec is 20 foot-pounds + 90 degrees (which I assume is 1/4 turn).

I have the '04 manual on CD but it doesn't have such a set of 360 degree views. Rather it has one drawing showing the front and left side, and then for individual component sections of the manual there might be a drawing of that local part. If you want to explain what it is you need I can see what I can find for other views than the one I described. I can copy the pages off the CD and email them to you.
