Chrysler Repair: No Spark:90 Sebring JXI, timing belt replacement, chrysler sebring

Question
QUESTION: Hi Roland i am working on a Chrysler Sebring XJI. My original diagnosis was timing belt due to a frozen tentioner pully and lots of slack in the belt i have also replaced multiple sensors. I have finished the timing belt replacement and followed factory guidelines and i have no spark. If you have any idea's i would love to here them.

Thankyou

ANSWER: Hi Andy,
Have you tried for fault codes using the ignition key? On-off-on-off-on and leave on, doing that in 5 seconds or less. Then watch the odometer window to see if any 4-digit fault codes replace the mileage reading, or if not, count the flashing, pause, flashing of the check engine light. Codes are the best help to solving this. Tell me the year of the car if you write back. I assume it is the 2.5L V-6.
What sensors did you replace? Did you check the rotor?

QUESTION: I'm sorry it's a 2000 and you are right it's a 2.5L V6 i have not pulled the codes my self but a friend said he did and nothing came up but he's a chevy guy so i guess i should do it myself. Also do you think it could be the ECM the car has two,is the smaller one on the left for ABS and chassis electrical?

Answer
Hi Andy,
Yes, do the ignition switch routine and watch the odometer window. The outboard module (2 plugs) is the powertrain controller, the inboard module (1 plug) is the transmission controller. The box in between is the power distribution box. The chassis electrical (body computer) is behind the dash attached to the back side of the junction block (fuse box) that is behind the end-cap.
The ABS computer is on the underside of the ABS integrated control unit in the rear of the engine compartment.
I would not replace anything until you have a code readout.
