Chrysler Repair: 1999 cirrus no start after submersion in a puddle of water., water car, water experience

Car stalled and wont restart after driving trough puddle. Ignition fires,timing belt is intact. Does not appear to be hydro locked. Has injector, exhaust gas, and air temp codes. One or all may have been there before. What next?

Do you hear the fuel pump run for about 1 second when you turn the key to the run position? That is normal, but if not then is of interest to me. What are the specific numbers of the fault codes? You can erase the codes by disconnecting the battery for a minute, reconnect, then try to restart and then look for 'fresh' codes, and tell me the numbers of those. The fact that you get spark is good. The issue then would be mixture or possibly some clogging up of the exhaust system or catalytic converter by the water experience. Did the car die while driving through the puddle or did it happen later after finishing the trip?
