Chrysler Repair: p1494 code?, 1998 plymouth voyager, plymouth voyager

Hello-
          We have a 1998 Plymouth voyager 2.4Lt. The check engine light is on and did not pass smog...so we had it diagnosed and got back 4 codes..the only code that we have no clue is P1494..we have called Kragon and Autozone and they have no clue what it was...We just need to know what it is, and what part/parts to buy so we can fix it...thank you so much
