both blinker & flasher dont blinker but there on 2000 cirrus Lx chrysler 2.4

Hi John,
I would check fuse 6 in the box under the hood, and fise 15 in the fuse box behind the left end-cap of the dash. Check for either to be blown or to have a subtle crack in the internal wire. If those are OK then I would change out the combination flasher which is located under the top steering column cover in front of the multifunction switch mechanism. To remove that cover you remove the screws on the under side of the steering column and slightly release the insturment cluster hood where it contacts the column cover.
