Chrysler Repair: 1999 chrysler concorde, 1999 chrysler concorde, automatic temperature control

heater fan blows but no hot air. only controls that work are the fan speed. but car is not overheating.

Answer
Is this a conventional or an automatic temperature control unit? What other controls don't work? Does the fan blow at different speed or only at high speed, can you turn it off? How about the A.C.,does it work? Answer these questions please to help me understand.
